Samantha is responsible for Creative, Communications and Consumer Affairs.  With a hands-on, collaborative management style, she regularly brainstorms with her team to fuel new ideas for testing and development with the goal of providing consistent promotion and creative freshness to support the ASN business.

Throughout her career, that has spanned over thirty years covering virtually every aspect of direct marketing, she has developed numerous winning promotions and personalization breakthroughs, all the while remaining focused on leveraging test results and data to create more appealing and relevant customer offers, communications and experiences.

As CEO, David leads ASN’s evolution from direct marketer to a leading direct-to-consumer company with nearly $1 billion in annual revenue supported by the company’s unique blend of curated multi-channel shopping and free-to-play, chance to win digital entertainment across a network of web and app-based  entertainment properties.

An inspiration to over 450 employees, he has extended the  brand by successfully integrating several acquisitions in the search, casual games and mobile advertising markets to fuel the company’s future growth.

As Chief Financial Officer, Bobby is responsible for all financial functions including planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis and controls, as well as investments, mergers and acquisitions for strategic business development. His vision for the financial team goes beyond the traditional definition of reporting the numbers, managing the financial function and being reactive to additionally becoming a strategic partner for management by applying critical thinking and trend identification to support the long term goals of the company.
